Quality Assurance Head- Water heaters

JOB PURPOSE

To involve developing and implementing quality management systems, leading quality assurance and control teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

To be responsible for reducing defects, managing customer complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SQA-

• Ensuring Timely Analysis on LAR and LRN issues for all parts.
• Ensuring Timely completion of Supplier Audit plan & Actual
• Driving Improvement Activity at supplier end.
• Preparing Weekly & monthly PPT for IQA Dept.
• Verification of 8D from received supplier and monitoring sustenance for submitted Actions from suppliers.
• Ensure timely update of PFMEA, Control plan, PFD
• Tracking and Monitoring Monthly and Business plan projects and completing them on time.
• Ensure Timely Rejection meeting online and analyzing supplier issues.
• Tracking and Monitoring Monthly and Business plan projects and completing them on time.
• Ensure Timely Rejection meeting online and analyzing supplier issues.

FQA-

• Ensure Timely FCR Data analysis and Monthly report preparation.
• Ensure Timely Completion of Field Return Parts Analysis &report preparation Sharing
• Report to internal/Service/Spares team to Drive action for issue reported.
• Co-ordination with field Team for resolving issues/complaints of service/customer.
• Ensure Timely Completion of Field Quality monthly PPT preparation.

LQA-

• Ensure FTR Monitoring rate & analysis for FA and Ground line.
• Responsible for timely Root cause finding for issues observed at FA line, GND line & IQA.

Ensure Daily meetings with Operations and QA team for rejection analysis and SFRN reduction plan.

• Ensure Improvement Activity in QA team.
• Ensure & Verification of Process Audit Plan Vs Actuals & supporting team to resolve NCs raised in audit.
• Ensure & Verification of Preparing Weekly & Monthly PPT for WH QA Dept.
• Responsible for Quality Awareness in WH division.
• Ensure timely completion of 3F Audit Vs Actuals & Analyzing issues raised in 3F audit.
• Ensure Monitoring of CTP/CTQ process for WH to maintain product quality and full fill customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely review & Appropriate Changes in PFMEA, Control plan, PFD sustenance.
• Responsible for Brainstorming and working to reduce time and SFRN issues in plant by Six sigma approach.
• Tracking and monitoring Monthly and business plan projects and completing them on time.
• Compile and review Weekly, monthly, quarterly for Department performance.
• Ensure Timely completion of IMS/BIS/BEE/NABL certification / Re-certification & Surveillance audits.
• Ensure Timely completion of Internal Audit Plan Vs Actual & to Support team for NC Closure.
• Ensure BEE Labeling Fees submission.
• Ensure Timely Declaration of Departmental scores of internal audits.
• Ensure Timely Plan Vs Actual of Management review meeting.
• Ensure Highlight System related issues and following up for NCR closures.

Lab Testing OQA, IQA and product validation -

• Ensure & Verify Quality inspection management (QIM) - IQA plan and execution
