Human Resource Specialist
Executive Support & Coordination:
- Assist the CHRO in managing and driving HR strategies, policies, and special projects.
- Coordinate and track HR strategic initiatives and follow up on key action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics for HR leadership meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CHRO and HR teams, ensuring effective communication.
HR Compliance:
- Support in HR policy/ process developments around audit observations/ requirements.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure efficient execution of HR processes.
HR Data & Analytics:
- Gather, analyse, and interpret HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for HR quarterly & annual reviews.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to provide insights for HR improvements.
Talent & Organizational Development:
- Work as an HRBP for HR department
- Assist in the execution of HR training, employee engagement, and cultural programs.
- Work with internal teams on succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Assist in developing internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives within HR team.
- Work with Brand Team to create internal and external communications to promote employer branding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or executive HR function.
- MBA in HR from premier MBA college or Master's in psychology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- High inter-personal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience of working directly with senior HR leadership.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and HR technology platforms
