Role & responsibilities
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit thats made to customer.
To generate self sourced leads for generating the business
Giving advice to our clients for LI & GI requirements and other Financial products
Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide solutions based on analysis
Keeping up-to date on the latest Financial Investment news, Market Research.
To ensure client service standards are met & delivered at all categories of the Client
To handle after sales service issues related to product and resolving them to strengthen client faith
To prepare and present Retirement plans for client
To convert retirement planning leads provided by the company and as per company process
To make and manage fresh PSU Corporate Tie ups for consistent lead flow of retirement project
Ensure cross selling & Up selling of Financial product with Existing customers.
Ensure relationship building with team members for increasing Direct sales
To meet sales target of life products+ Non Life + Mutual funds +Bonds and other Investment Products
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should keen to work in direct channel
Should have strong Product knowledge
