• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, networking, and client referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to clients in the assigned region or segment.
• Provide clients with regular updates on products, services, and market trends to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and customer experience.
• Track and report on client interactions, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management.
