Sr. Relationship Manager

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients: regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests, and addressing any issues that arise

Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments: stay informed about industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant advice and recommendations to clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
