Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify, acquire, and cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

- Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

- Proactively engage with clients to provide personalized financial advice and solutions.

Portfolio Management:

- Develop and implement customized investment strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives.

- Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to optimize returns and manage risk.

- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of wealth management advisors.

- Recruit, hire, and train new team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, including securities laws and fiduciary standards.

- Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance measures.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wealth management business.

- Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell products and services.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Advanced degree (CFA, CFP) preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking.

- Strong understanding of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments.

- Proven track record of client acquisition and retention.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
