Minimum Qualification

- Experience of managing own team of APMs and BAs is a MUST.

- A successful candidate for this role will have 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in delivering and managing industry-first products and platforms, with a strong BFSI user focus, excellent project management skills, delivering impeccable BRDs and PRDs, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. They should be well-accustomed to project management tools like JIRA, Slack, Confluence, etc.

About the team and role:

We're rapidly expanding our Digital Transformation team at Bajaj Capital and are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the development of client-facing wealth management application. As a PM, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and quality assurance analysts, and most importantly product marketing and growth team to execute on a portfolio of complex projects related to designing the next generation of the application that surpasses our business benchmarks and KPIs set for new client acquisition.

This position is based out of our swanky Gurugram head office.

Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment and not minding getting their hands dirty is a must.

Role Responsibilities

1. Utilization of agile methodologies: to manage requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for newly-developed products as well as enhancements to existing products

2. Understanding data and analytics and using that as a focal point for all deliveries is a must.

3. Ability to lead product growth and strong grasp of product marketing

4. Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including digital sales, marketing, business management, and design and engineering teams.

5. Takes responsibility as the Product Owner.

6. Ability to develop quick partnerships with 3rd party systems and integrate their API's to enhance a company's product capabilities faster.

7. Make sure OKRs and timelines are met without impacting the quality of product or its release.
