Role & responsibilities

• Bajaj Capital Required Zonal HR profile(Male Candidate)
• Base location- Delhi
• Language must know - English & Hindi basic
• No of position 1
• CTC up to 32 k to 40k plus incentive
• Exp 2yrs to 7 yrs
• Ready for 12 to 15 days open for monthly Traveling in all branches.
• 70 percent recruitment and 30 percent HR ops
• Saturday & Sunday working

Preferred candidate profile

• Male Candidates are preferred with BFSI or Insurance sector experience
• Candidates from Delhi location will be preferred
• Candidate should be comfortable to Travel at least 15 Days a month

Must have min 2-4 yrs exp in bulk hiring, excellent knowledge in portal and campus drive exploration.
