Senior Manager- Product Communication

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Events, media and market communications

• Develop, calendarize and monitor a plan for all investment and product communications, with timelines through the year by working closely with the Investments team
• Prepare and present monthly sales communications such as market updates and presentations, which shall be leveraged by sales as talking points during pitches and client conversations
• Create agenda for the month in terms of product / fund / proposition by closely working with Product managers, Finance, Taxation, and Investment team
• Play a key role in product launch communication and presentations

2. Sales and marketing communication and training support

• Create custom communications on products and general market information, for sales to understand and pitch accordingly to customers
• Coordinate with the sales training teams, to co-create curriculum, content and modules
• Conduct train the trainer programs for the training teams & sales teams as required along with the product team
• Work with Investment team during new fund launches to create launch presentations with relevant content
• Monthly presentations with fund performance, benchmarking, outlook and recommendations that can be presented to frontline employees, Agents, and key partners and employees

3. Other accountabilities

• Actively engage with sales to gather feedback and anticipate requirements from the field on Products and investments.

Drive product mix along with the Product managers through relevant market stories and data
