Senior Executive Learning and Development

Learning Data Reporting & Analytics, Compliance, Project Management

• Prepare and share Learning MIS and dashboards in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Track and monitor learning adoption through learning analytics, and derive key trends for enhancing learning strategy on a continuous basis.
• Monitor delivery of scheduled reports on a regular basis and highlight in case of any deviations.
• Draw and execute legal agreements with the vendors in close coordination with corporate legal team, and maintain the records. (For future reference and audit)
• Monitor the month-on-month expenses and compliance wrt vendor payouts. Ensure received invoices are processed by HR Shared Services in time and expense tracker is maintained.
• Support the audit requirements.
• Plan, design and develop ideas for learning initiatives.
• Drive specific projects assigned.
• Collaborate with internal team for driving and delivering the projects results with backend support.

Learning Adoption and Stakeholder Management

• Engage with HR stakeholders & business across the organization with the aim of driving learning adoption.
• Effectively manage queries of the learners on a real time basis by providing support as and when required.

Platform Management

• Ensure smooth functioning of digital learning platform, with constant checks of platform features.
• Ensure seamless flow of employee data from HRMS to Learning Platform, in collaboration with internal and vendor technical teams.
• Prepare and update standard operating procedures for various platform accesses.
• Monitor and evaluate the rights and accesses provided to different users.

REQUIREMENTS

• MBA in HR or Graduate.
• 4-5 years of work experience in data reporting and analysis.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (a must).
• Demonstrated skill in front-ending employee queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Preferred experience on digital learning platform.
• Ability to research, understand, and design learning interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working as part of a team
• Ability to plan, schedule, and be flexible while meeting tight deadlines with multiple deliverables
