The BCC is now known as BCN (Bain Capability Network) with its nodes across various geographies. BCN is an integral and largest unit of (ECD) Expert Client Delivery. ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bains case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
Who you will work with
This position is based in BCNs Gurgaon office and is a vital part of the Performance Improvement Centre of Expertise (PI CoE). The PI CoE plays a crucial role in assisting case teams in India and abroad with various cost reduction/optimization activities by offering a range of solutions, including Procurement (e.g., Spend cube, analytics, maturity assessment, vendor strategy), Zero-based budgeting (e.g., Cost visibility, Budgeting, Initiative tracking, client training), Supply Chain (e.g., Inventory Diagnostics, Inventory Optimization, Network Optimization, Manufacturing Diagnostics, Integrated Business Planning), as well as cost diagnostics (e.g., Value Calculator, Net Working Capital), savings, and PMI Analysis. The CoE conducts complex and advanced data analysis to analyze clients data and generate critical insights to help achieve cost objectives. Over time, we have developed seamless solutions and employ powerful, dynamic visualizations/charts on various platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to showcase our results. The PI CoE is also involved in the creation of critical intellectual property (IP) that is valuable for new performance improvement cases globally at Bain.
About you
What you ll do
Project Leader leads a team of 3-4 team members of Analysts and Associates on problem solving, work-planning, analytics, research, and overall content to produce client ready materials and generate business insights and implications. You will also help Bain partners in developing intellectual property (IP), go-to-market materials, pitch documents and publications. The position reports into a Manager/Sr. Manager
