About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on building high-performance, scalable applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience, and optimizing backend processes.
Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / MCA / MSc / MS in Information Technology or Computer Science or Software Engineering or Software systems or ECE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end Development: Build responsive and high-performing web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Create reusable components and maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.
• Back-end Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable back-end services using Spring Boot and Java-based frameworks. Integrate and manage databases, implement business logic, and ensure API robustness.
• API Integration: Design and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services, ensuring smooth data exchange and efficient processing.
• Database Management: Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to design and optimize data models, queries, and performance.
• Reports Generation: Integrate and develop custom reports using Jasper Reports for business intelligence purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Code Quality & Review: Maintain high coding standards by writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and improve the system's reliability and scalability.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the use of the best tools and practices for development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 2 to 4 of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Back-end Development: Extensive experience with Spring Boot for building scalable and secure back-end applications.
• API Expertise: Proficient in developing, integrating, and managing RESTful APIs.
• Jasper Reports: Strong experience in report generation and integration with web applications using Jasper Reports.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration in a team setting.
• Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL databases, with experience in data modeling, query optimization, and data migration.
• Front-end Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools - React.js.
• Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive web design and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
