Position: Internship - Resource Management Team
Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Stipend: Unpaid

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated MBA Finance graduate to join our Resource Management Team as an intern. This team is responsible for optimizing resource allocation by deploying employees transitioning out of projects into new assignments, ensuring they become billable. The role also involves supporting Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including project coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the resource bench, ensuring timely deployment into projects.
• Work closely with project managers and team leads to identify and align suitable resources based on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, availability, and utilization.
• Assist in PMO functions such as project tracking, status reporting, and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to resource management and project performance.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of resource planning or project management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work from the office 5 days a week.

Internship Outcome:

• Hands-on exposure to resource management and PMO operations.
• Practical understanding of workforce planning and deployment processes.
• Development of project coordination and analytical skills.

Post-Internship Opportunities:

• Based on performance, the internship may lead to:
• Conversion to a permanent role.
• Extension of the contract period.
