Urgent Hiring - Back Office Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join us as a Back Office Coordinator to support our Finance team and enhance efficiency.

Position: Back Office Coordinator Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience

Education: Graduate in B.Com or B.Com (Hons)Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize back-office activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Draft clear, professional correspondence and handle email communication efficiently.
• Maintain and update records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless completion of tasks.
• Support basic finance-related activities, such as record management or reconciliations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in drafting polished, professional emails.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
