Role & responsibilities

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Understanding of PC Fired, Coal Fired, Oil Boilers (Wall, T-Fired & Industrial) projects and the overall Boiler Services delivery market.
• Proven track record of developing relationships and closing deals with thermal power plant customers.
• Knowledge of Boiler delivery market trends and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment; capable of adjusting priorities.
• Ability to create and maintain sales metrics.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in engineering discipline, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years in business development.
