Production Officer

• To operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble-shoot the Reverse Osmosis and its processes.
• Operation of R.O and EDI Unit.
• Maintenance of RO Plant and Reverse osmosis.
• To Operate PLC and Filling Machines
• Having Knowledge of Blenders, Pumps and Ultra filtration Systems
• Having Knowledge on Operation of Filling machines and maintenance of filling machines
• De-Scaling of Reverse Osmosis and Ultra filtration.
• Supervise effective maintenance of all machineries in plant.
• Maintain and update accurate records for process and prepare log deliveries for same.
• Maintain efficient use of pump and ensure appropriate lubrication for all machines and monitor water pressure.
• Perform regular maintenance work on chemical feed systems and alarm signals on computer control system.
• Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges.
• Updating the records in Ms-excel and providing support to the other departments.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter, and other work areas.
