Application Support Engineer

B3 Networks is looking for an experienced engineer who can handle the operations responsibilities and provide efficient and prompt solutions to the customers.

Roles & Responsibilites :

• Provide Level 2 support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
  
  
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  
  
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  
  
• Document support processes, create user guides, and train end-users on application usage.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Collaborate with telecom vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
  
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
  
  
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications and telecom solutions is desirable.
  
  
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and telecom protocols (SIP, RTP).
