Project Management- Trainee

Role & responsibilities

1.Manage sampling for projects (multiple projects simultaneously) by tracking and achieving numbers from client within scheduled timelines by following predefined process

2. Expected to be extremely proactive to maintain positive health (and quality) of the projects assigned and achieve client SLA.

3. Ensure project specs and quotas are understood and checked (initial bid vs actual) and update in the systems as necessary

4. Ensure proactive communication as well as updates to all parties including client, vendors as well as internal teams

5. Manage sample budget to ensure projects remain within given budget as well as closure and billing

Candidate profile

1. Excellent written and oral English (mandatory).

2. Strong logical reasoning skills.

3. Ability to quickly learn and work independently and in a team

4. Ability to work in any shift assigned including night shifts.

5. 5 days working (could be any days of the week including weekends).

6. Knowledge of market research methodologies will be a plus.
