Warehouse - Manager/ Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage the efficient layout and organization of inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.

2. Staff Supervision and Development:

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained without overstocking.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order fulfilment accuracy, shipping time, and inventory turnover.
• Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes for efficiency.

5. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to customers while minimizing costs.

6. Transportation Management:

• Manage and optimize transportation operations, including route planning, freight selection, and transportation costs.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party transportation providers and freight carriers.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery of products.
• Continuously analyze logistics processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Cost Control and Budgeting:

• Monitor and manage logistics expenses, including transportation, warehousing, and handling costs.
• Prepare and manage the logistics budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

8. Customer Service and Order Fulfilment:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfilment.
