We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Telecaller with expertise in speaking Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada to join our team in Noida. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in conducting market research surveys, gathering insights, and ensuring the highest quality of data collection through telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with respondents in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada as required.

- Explain survey objectives clearly and engage participants to ensure accurate data collection.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the prescribed format.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.

- Ensure high levels of professionalism and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.

- Collaborate with the team to identify potential improvements in research methods and survey processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken). Proficiency in more than one language is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in telecalling, market research, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
