AI/ML Architect - Data Science (12-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

- Define AI requirements aligned with business goals and design scalable AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms.

- Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, ensuring optimal performance.

- Lead AI/ML model development and deployment, adhering to industry standards and Responsible AI principles.

- Develop AI pipelines and ensure secure, fair, and explainable AI solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and document AI architectures.

Role : AI/ML Architect

Experience : 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the overall AI/ML architecture for the organization, including data pipelines, model training and deployment infrastructure, and AI/ML platforms.

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions, including machine learning models, deep learning models, and natural language processing (NLP) applications.

- Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate AI/ML frameworks and tools (i.e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI/ML systems, adhering to principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability.

- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to ensure successful project execution.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers in their professional development.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Programming languages: Python, R, SQL, Scala, Julia, Java, or C++

- Expertise in deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications, including techniques like PEFT and RAG.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles: fairness, security, and explainability.

- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

- Architectural design patterns and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) expertise.

- AI model lifecycle management: development, deployment, and maintenance.

- Proficient in RESTful APIs, data ingestion, storage, and processing.

Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

Education :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred)
