Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format.
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to support their data needs.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards
Education / Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong knowledge of databases, data warehousing, and data mining.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of industry best practices in data analytics and data management.
