Job Description

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format.
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to support their data needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards
    • Education / Qualification:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Strong knowledge of databases, data warehousing, and data mining.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices in data analytics and data management.
