Azilen Technologies - System Support Engineer (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Work with large distributed application in Production/Staging environment.

- Learn production environment end use case like IOT network server and IOT platform.

- Understand the protocols used in communication between Network server and application like MQTT, http, WebSocket, etc.

- Learn automated software/tools to troubleshoot network and applications along with the security measures.

- Pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs.

- Documenting best practices for guidelines and troubleshooting and change requirement.

- Provide operational support for large distributed software applications to the customers.

- Participate with other teams to improve reliability of service through rigorous testing.

- Participate in RFP, demo, training to customer.

- Read to handle customers from US/APAC/EU/ANZ

- Should be flexible in working hours.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, E&C Engineering, IT Engineering or related field.

- Any professional certification in area like Programming (any), IoT projects would be advantage.

Desirable Skills :

- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and Computer Networking.

- Good to have basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Good to have understanding of basic programming/scripting in languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.

- Should be able to understand customers situation and react accordingly.

- Should have worked in Product company
