System Support Engineer | Mumbai

Job purpose:

Design & implement the best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of experience with IoT solutions and LoRaWAN technologies (configuration and troubleshooting).
• Advanced expertise in Linux commands and system management.
• Ability to analyze logs to resolve technical issues.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts: IPs, firewalls, UDP/TCP packets, ports, and routing.
• Troubleshooting network communication issues.
• Knowledge of OSI layers and their application in debugging.
• Hands-on experience with firmware updates and hardware evaluation for IoT devices.
• Strong communication skills and experience handling customer queries and issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in providing advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
