Azentio provides BFSI & ERP software products and related services to various global and regional companies, in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Nth America.

The business is headquartered in Singapore and is owned by Apax Partners, a leading global private equity firm with deep expertise in software and technology.

The business was established in 2021 by combining the product portfolio of 3i Infotech, with Candela Labs, Path Solutions and Beyontec.

Azentio has 3 product suites, across Insurance, Banking & ERP Insurance (Premia, Candela Labs & Beyontec Suite) : end-to-end insurance management suite covering policy administration, claims management, billing, automation and digital workflows across General, Life and Medical segments.

Banking : (Kastle, AMLOCK) : universal lending & core banking suite and an anti-money laundering product; Islamic Banking (iMAL & iSHRAQ) : digital Islamic core banking platform & Islamic-based Financial and Investment solutions supporting Sharia investments; Asset Management (MFund) : an end-to-end suite for asset management companies.

ERP (Orion) : an ERP suite focussed on mid-markets, particularly in manufacturing and distribution & retail.

The products are sold on premise and cloud, follow the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) model along with professional services (implementation, maintenance, and managed services).

The company has 900+ customers across MEA, India, APAC, and US, split evenly across each vertical.

Revenue is expected to grow strongly both organically & inorganically over the next few years.

The Position : Lead Business Analyst (French Speaking), Insurance Domain.

Location : Morocco or Tunisia / India.

Work Mode : Hybrid (4 WFO / 1 WFH).

Job Description :

This role will focus on the candidate to participate in the development / upgrade of new or existing products, from concept to completion.

The candidate should be able to gather product requirements, prioritize features and improve overall customer experience.

The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual with an ability to learn new concepts and domains quickly.

The candidate should have an analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for details.

The candidate should be able to work under dynamic conditions and should be able foster relationships with diverse teams in the organization.

The candidate should be open to travel as per business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Insurance domain : Underwriting, Claims, Re-insurance and finance software product implementation experience is a must with a minimum of 5 to 8 years.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Knowledge in French or Portuguese is a must.

- Clear understanding of the Software product release process and ability to conduct user orientation / training sessions as and when needed.

- Determine and develop user stories and requirements for Insurance software product.

- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development life cycle.

- Manage customer communications and interactions with business users.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to prepare and communicate status reports to Client and Senior management.

- Clear understanding and ability to prepare FSDs, Traceability Table, Test cases and manual execution of test cases and follow up with the team for resolution.

- Coordination between Customer and Offshore engineering teams.

- Self-learner and should be able to work under minimum supervision.

- CBAP, CCBA or relevant business analyst certification is preferred.

Qualifications :

- Graduate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Banking Domain.

- Experience in one or more of the following areas : Retail and Corporate Lending (Conventional and/or Islamic Lending),.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS-office tools.

- Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams.

- Experience in BPM, BRE, UI/UX Builder and Project Management tool like JIRA will be an added advantage.
