**The role**:

We are seeking a hands-on Web3 marketing professional with demonstrable experience in community growth and preferably token launch.

**Requirements**:

Proven experience in:

* Investor relations and communication

* Community engagement and Community Growth

* Content Plan and Content Strategy in web3

* Familiarity with tier-1 and tier-2 exchange, IDO or IEO listings

**Key Responsibilities**:

Token Launch & Ecosystem Marketing:

* Support and execute comprehensive token launch marketing strategy

* Support in investor communication plans

* Create compelling narrative around $aZen token utility and ecosystem value

* Manage pre-sale, public sale, and post-launch community expectations

* Craft detailed investor and community communication materials

**Narrative Development**:

- Create a cohesive storytelling framework for aZen Protocol's technological innovation

- Develop in-depth content explaining our unique value proposition in decentralized computing

- Translate complex technological concepts into accessible, engaging narratives for diverse audiences

**Community & Investor Engagement**:

- Manage and grow existing social media communities

- Conduct strategic X Spaces, AMAs, and investor communication events

- Build and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, investors, and media

**Media Relations**:

- Develop targeted PR strategy for token launch

- Secure coverage in top crypto, blockchain, and tech publications

- Manage media relationships and press communications

- Create press kits, press releases, and media briefing documents

**Technical Marketing Requirements**:

- Understanding of token economics

- Ability to articulate complex technological concepts

- Knowledge of Web3 marketing channels and strategies

**Bonus points**:

Experience in DePIN or DeFI

Experience in full token launch cycle from pre-launch to post-listing

Experience with Token generation event (TGE) marketing strategy

**Ideal candidate should have**:

- 3 years of Web3 marketing experience

- Minimum #1 successful token launches

- Network in crypto investment and Web3 ecosystem

- Exceptional English communication skills

- Public speaking and presentation skills
