Job Description
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
HRMS Update:
- Daily attendance check and reports to reporting manager
- Update attendance in HRMS for salary calculation
- Leave check and approvals update
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain correct records in the trackers such as F & F, Interview, Statutory and etc.
- Prepare pre and post joining documentation
- Various letter preparation
- Arranging/Scheduling HR related meetings.
Induction:
- Carry-out induction for new joiner
- Verify contact details and carry out reference check for new joiner.
HR MIS:
- Maintain master data pertaining to employees
- Record keeping - Monthly challans (all statutory), Full and Final Settlement and others

- Coordinate with employees for
