Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Integrated Facility Management solutions (Security, Housekeeping, MEP - Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing etc) for clients. This role involves collaborating with internal teams such as operations, sales, and finance to design customized service offerings that meet client needs and align with the company's strategic goals. The Solution Manager will work directly with prospective clients to understand their facility management requirements and create proposals that provide innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of 'Integrated Facility Management Services' including maintenance, security, Housekeeping, and energy management.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering complex technical and financial proposals.
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
• Should be open for extensive traveling a across cities for Business Development.
