Role & responsibilities
• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing and delivering mail
.Preparing bills & other invoices.• Coordinating schedules for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
.Arranging Stationery & other necessities of office & monitoring other house help staff
.Making travel arrangements and preparing documents.
.Knowledge on setting up IT systems will be an added advantage.
Administrator Requirements:• Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
