Job Description :

Role : Application Architect.

Job Location : NOIDA/GURGAON.

JOB OBJECTIVE : Application architect with good hands on experience of 10 years in architecting, designing and developing large scale web and mobile applications.

Job Location : Bangalore /Delhi NCR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (Interviewer to test each of these based-on work experience of candidate).

Necessary Skills :

- Strong proficiency in architecting and designing highly scalable, available, secure and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

- Strong proficiency in building resilient and cloud ready solutions based on Micro Services, Multi-tenancy architecture.

- Proficiency in working closely with clients, product owners, enterprise architects and business analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and convert into technical solutions.

- Ability to diverse requirements, negotiate, and effectively articulate rationale and vision behind technical decisions that support the business.

- Ability to guide the team of developers for development best practices, architecture patterns.

- Must have architected high concurrency web and mobile applications with user load of around 100k.

Technical skillset :

- Type of applications : Web (must) and mobile applications(good to have).

- Architecture patterns : SPA , Microservices(must) and Serverless(good to have).

- Front End technologies : React/Angular/Vue (must), React Native(good to have),.

- Back End technologies : Java/Python(Django/Flask/Tornado)/PHP.

- Database/Storage technologies : SQL databases and ElasticSearch and Redis (must) and Kafka (good to have) etc.

- Deployment technologies : Kubernetes and Docker (both must).

- Cloud : AWS or Azure.

- Experience of working in large teams and using collaboration tools like GIT, Jira and Confluence.

- Should have an attitude of willing to learn, accept the challenging environment and confidence in delivering the results within timelines.

- Should be inclined towards self-motivation and self-driven to find solutions for problems.

Good to have skills :

- Experience of architecting and designing SaaS products.

- Experience of pharma and healthcare domain.

- Experience of working closely with Data Science team.

- Logical Thinking

- Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.

Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.

Task Management -Should be able to plan and manage the tasks for himself/herself as well as the team.

Communication - Excellent communication skills for interaction with IT/Security teams, product owners and business analysts.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

Education : B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline from Tier 1-2 college with 8+ years of experience.

Required Experience : Minimum of at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Behavioral Competency :

- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization).

- Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus.
