Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a network of channel partners like Dealers, OEMs, and Logistic companies across Tamil Nadu region.
• Develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to client organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities including tenders, contracts and partnership.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights that could drive innovations and improvements to the product offerings.
• Develop sales forecast, budgets and performance reports to track progress.
• Provide quarterly / annual business reviews to senior management and analyzing sales performance, market growth and channel partner success.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create customized marketing campaigns, product brochures and promotional materials.
• Identifying the business opportunities within the automotive sector, including EV, smart transportation and After Market vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders in Fleet operations, Logistic companies, vehicle renting companies, Body Building companies and sales channel connecting to B2C or low volume B2B.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5-15 years of experience in Business Development, sales or channel management, Dealers Network establishment within the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of automotive market established connections with local fleet operators, logistic companies operating big fleet of vehicles.

Education Qualification:

UG Any Degree / Engineering is a plus

(OR) PG MBA (Sales and Marketing)
