Deputy Manager - Investments

Role & Responsibilities:

1. CMS & Daily Cash Management: Taking inputs from Custodian for cash balances of funds having separate accounts, considering the EOD cash of previous day, T+1 Debt transactions, equity buy and sell, Corporate Actions, Margin, etc.

2. Settlement Activities and maintaining and providing records Coordinating with counter-party, and custody to settle the Equity, G-Sec, Corporate Bond Deals deal on STP Process, CBRICS, NDS, CROMS, NSE F-TRAC, RFQ.

3. MS & Counterparty KYC, Audit, compliance of CCIL and other agencies.

4. Stewardship Activities, monthly & quarterly reporting, voting actions:

1. Take inputs from Proxy advisory services, undergoing training specially formulated for stewardship, coordinating with FO and streamlining the process along with the voting platform.

2. Also reporting like quarterly disclosures on Website, monthly Voting MIS, COI disclosures are also part of the job. The voting process becomes more automated with the use of the tool as in SES platform though we still have the old process in hand to fall back in case of any sort of exigencies.
