Online Activation (Fresher)

We are looking for passionate Freshers to join our Online Activation Desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the exciting world of online financial services, where you will play an important role in client activation and product engagement.

Role & responsibilities:

• Client Activation via Online Channels:
  Lead your team to drive the activation of new clients through online platforms. Ensure seamless onboarding and guide clients effectively to exceed activation targets.
• Cross-Sell of Online Financial Products:
  Encourage your team to cross-sell a diverse range of online financial products, including Mutual Fund SIPs, Bonds, and Smart Edge. Help your team understand client needs and recommend products that expand their portfolios.
• Talk Hours Management:
  Ensure your team maintains an average of 4 hours of talk time per day. Use these interactions to engage clients, resolve queries, and promote product adoption.
• Target Activation Achievement:
  Monitor your team's activation percentage and consistently work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement strategies to ensure team performance is on track.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Online Activation Desk executives. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and success.
• Reporting & Process Optimization:
  Track team performance using KPIs and analytics, identifying areas for improvement. Continuously optimize processes to enhance team productivity and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Freshers are welcome to apply
2. Proficiency in Telugu, Bengali, or Tamil is an added advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. A strong desire to learn & grow
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to engage with clients effectively and lead your team to deliver a superior client experience.
7. Strong ability to identify issues, analyze performance, and implement strategies to improve results.
