Outbound Calling Agent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Calling Agent to confirm the details of newly opened trading accounts. This role involves contacting clients to verify their account information, ensure KYC compliance, and assist with the completion of any required documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to verify client account details and KYC information.
• Confirm client understanding of account features, terms, and next steps.
• Address any client inquiries or concerns regarding their trading account.
• Document call outcomes and escalate any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Language preference: - Tamil Reporting
• Prior experience in outbound calling or customer service (preferably in financial services).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
