Jewelry Sales Coordinator

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Actively involved in all processes related to clients.

Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and provide financial data to the finance department.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
Administrative Tasks: Develop and maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and assist with other administrative duties as required.
