MIS Executive / Reporting Analyst - Immediate joiner required

About the Role:The role involves:

• Monitoring of concurrent audit firms to ensure quality in audit report and closure with respect to timelines,

coverage and compliance.

• Performance review of audit firms on a regular basis and taking action basis review result as defined in the

policy.

• Ongoing engagement with various internal stakeholders and external audit firms on data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring desired infra / tools are available with auditors for smooth execution of audits.
• Handholding of newly appointed auditor in the respective region.
• Quality in coverage of audit conducted by audit firms.
• Timely Submission of data / information for onward reporting to Regulators, Audit Committee, Senior

Management, etc.

• Ensuring compliance with Internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective follow up and escalations to ensure concurrent audit appointments are completed on time.
• Ensuring Performance review of audit firms on a regular basis and taking action basis review result as defined

in the policy.

• Preparing and maintaining various dashboards, tracker, correspondence, records etc.
• Ongoing correspondence with various internal stakeholders / external audit firms /ICAI / others on data requirements.

Qualifications:Education / Qualification:

• Overall experience in Banking industry
• Graduates / Post Graduate

Role Proficiencies:

• Effective Knowledge of Branch Banking & Operations
• Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
• Strong Excel skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrate ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
