About Risk

The Risk department ensures that the Banks risk is managed through a risk management architecture as well as through policies and processes approved by the Board of Directors encompassing independent identification, measurement and management of risks across the various businesses of the Bank. The Risk department of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embedded risks

About the Role

• Candidate will work extensively on RBI Reporting Automation primarily in the area of Credit Risk reporting such as CRILC, LEF, SLBC (State level banking committee) among others

Key Responsibilities

• This is a techno functional role where the candidate is required to understand the business / regulatory requirement and implement the same in terms of Data Model, Query Design and Report Design
• Primarily responsible for Risk Automation Projects
• Quick response to RBI/ Business Data Queries
• Co-ordination with Business, Risk and IT teams

Role Proficiencies:

• Strong understanding of Banks internal systems and data architecture
• Hands on knowledge of Banking Data Model and Oracle database
• Hands on knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, ETL Tool, Reporting tool like Tableau, Qlickview, Business Objects
• Candidate from BSG/IT Implementation 
• Preferred experience in Regulatory Reporting System implementation (CRILC/LEF/SLBC/Other Credit risk reg reports)
• Good understanding of one or more - Banking verticals (Wholesale/Retail/Treasury)
• Should have strong problem solving mindset
• Readiness to learn new things without inhibition – be it technical or functional
• Should have good communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills
• Should have high level of motivation and be a fast learner
