Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for business banking services and retail banking products.
  
• Develop relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct field visits to meet new prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably in sales).
  
• Strong understanding of Casa acquisition strategies and retail banking principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets.
