Specialist, Reserving 2nd Opinion

This position is part of the AXA XL Risk Management team which is organized in several Centers of Excellence (Actuarial Risk, Underwriting Risk, Risk Governance and Control, Financial and Market Risk and Catastrophe Risk).

This role is part of the Reserving team of the Actuarial Risk Center of Excellence and based in India. The Risk Management team is a strategic department within AXA XL dealing with the most difficult P&C challenges and influencing strategic decisions in operations of a leading international Commercial Lines and Reinsurance company.

The actuarial analysis and valuations carried out by Risk Managements Reserve 2nd Opinion team cover all technical provisions, for the full range of AXA XLs lines of business, on a worldwide basis.

Analysts and Specialists work together with the Reserve 2nd Opinion actuaries and take part in various analytical projects to support the achievement of the team objectives. One of the core objectives of the team is to provide an opinion of AXA XLs technical reserves and profitability.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to prepare and support the actuarial reserve assessment for several lines of businesses, encompassing both the Insurance and Reinsurance segments.
