Job Description
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and MySQL.
- Design and optimize database schemas to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues effectively.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write and manage complex SQL queries for efficient data handling and reporting.
- Monitor and improve database performance through query tuning and indexing.
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and security measures for database integrity.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in web development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Skill & Abilities:
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter and advanced MySQL skills.
- Experience in Writing Complex MySQL queries, Views, Triggers, Query Optimization etc.
- Strong understanding of database optimization and query performance tuning.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
