Senior Manager - Total Rewards & Talent Management
Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and rewards strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels against industry standards and competitors.
- Collaborating with finance and other departments to establish budgets for compensation programs
- Conduct annual compensation review and manage merit increase processes
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job leveling, salary bands, and incentive plans.
- Collaborating with recruitment to develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent through competitive compensation and rewarding benefits.
- Collaborating with external vendors and consultants who may assist with compensation-related services.
- Regularly partner with HR business partners and leaders to drive talent initiatives supporting their business strategy
Preferred candidate profile :
- MBA from a reputed institution with hands on experience in Total Rewards & Talent
Management is preferred .
