Job Description


Your Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation and Business Development:
    • Proactively research and identify potential clients across industries requiring freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
    • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach via calls, emails, networking events, and industry platforms.
    • Leverage market insights and data to identify trends and new opportunities, positioning AVS AIR SEA SERVICES as the preferred logistics partner.

  • Maintain Consistency in Sales Processes:
    • Follow a structured and results-driven sales process to ensure consistent progress from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses in the CRM system.
    • Monitor personal sales performance against targets and implement strategies to improve results where needed.

  • Deliver Effective Communication:
    • Clearly articulate the benefits of AVS AIR SEA SERVICES' offerings to prospects, tailoring messaging to address specific client needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with operational capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.

  • Build and Nurture Long-Term Relationships:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
    • Understand clients evolving logistics needs and proactively offer tailored solutions to strengthen partnerships.
    • Ensure high levels of client retention by maintaining transparency, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Support Marketing and Sales Campaigns:
    • Participate in campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness, such as webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
    • Provide feedback from customer interactions to refine marketing strategies and improve sales tools.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Regularly track and report on sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
    • Use insights from performance data to make informed decisions and improve sales strategies.

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • A bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, supply chain processes, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
