Senior Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop & Manage Customer Relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure Seamless Execution - Oversee and coordinate shipment processes from initiation to delivery, ensuring all logistics align with client expectations.
• Bridge Sales & Customers - Act as a key liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and service delivery.
• Optimize Service Delivery - Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve service efficiency and accuracy.
• Customer Retention & Growth - Focus on retaining existing clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their evolving needs.
• Continuous Improvement - Participate in and support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient with MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
