We are also one of the biggest post-consumer plastic extrusion company having modern infrastructure in Ghaziabad with current capacity of appx 1000 M.T. per month of processing to be scaled further to be Indi’s largest.

Job Overview: The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our plastic extrusion plant. This includes managing production, ensuring quality and safety standards, leading the plant team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masterbatch, compounding, polymer operations, excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the plastic extrusion plant to ensure efficient and effective processing of extrusion materials.
• Develop and implement production schedules, processes, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production targets and operational goals.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage plant staff, including supervisors, engineers, and operators.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
• Address and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve plant performance, reduce costs, and increase the overall effectiveness of operations.
• Ensure optimal use of resources and effective management of inventory.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Report to senior management on plant performance, production metrics, operational issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare and present regular reports on plant operations, performance, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field/CIPET .
• Proven experience (5+ years) in plant management or operations within the plastic extrusion or waste management industry.
• Strong understanding of plastic processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive
