Job Description

  • Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed,
  • Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the unit,
  • Responsible to deal with all matters related to order fulfillment, supply chain management, inventory control, logistics and on time shipping and receiving
  • Responsible for plant production rotation,
  • Quality inspection, Optimization of resources, manpower, Store management, material receiving & dispatches.
  • Work follow up of production rotation
  • Ensuring documentation / reports completion
  • Reporting problems & providing solution/ guidance
  • Material verification
  • Quality & drawing inspection of production material
  • Loading/unloading of all materials
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience required in applying post & Master Degree in the required field
  • M.Tech/ M BA (Industrial Engineering / Business administration shall be preferred)
