Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresher/1 year of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driver's license.
Willingness to travel long distances daily.
Own vehicle preferred.
