Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Embedded Developer Lead Role to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of home automation products and IoT technologies, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive product development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- end-to-end product for our home automation product
- Should have Hands on Experience in Embedded software development.
- Should have hands on experience in C++ programming.
- Good knowledge on OOPS concepts.
- Good knowledge on design patterns.
- Good in Operating System concepts (Linux).
- Should have Hands on experience in Platform development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Embedded Development preferably within the IoT or home automation industry.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IoT technologies, protocols, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
