We are hiring a Senior Piping Engineer Oil And Gas to join our team at Avis Enertech Pvt Limited

As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of piping systems for oil and gas projects

This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in oil and gas industry

The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

7 to 10 years of experience in piping engineering for oil and gas projects

Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools

Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards related to piping design

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Project management skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and develop piping systems for oil and gas projects

Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure system reliability and efficiency

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate piping systems into overall project design

Review and approve piping designs, specifications, and construction plans

Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential hazards

Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to piping engineering

Participate in project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
