• Plan, design and oversee construction projects for real estate company.
• Coordinating with the construction team and contractor.
• Conduct site visit to assess feasibility and gather necessary data.
• Manage the construction site and follow the SOP as per site.
• Understanding about structural and architectural designs.
• Completion of project on given targeted time.
• Conduct quality control inspection to ensure project specification.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and provide regular updates to management.
