JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage Sales team for varied geographies
- Meeting the revenue targets
- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and monitor the same for execution.
- Identifying and networking with the potential customers and get the leads as per organization s business requirements
- Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with the customers
- Conceptual thinking to propose / discuss client solutions
- Be aware of the market/business trends and propose plan to the management to grow in the market
- Lead and motivate team members
- Assisting marketing team in forming marketing strategies
- Building brand awareness and positioning
